BoA Meeting !!
what's BoA meeting actually?
Well, BoA itself stands for Board of Advisor or we can call it the adviser of the organization. So, BoA meeting in AIESEC is a meeting between Executive Boards and Managers of AIESEC LC UD with the BoA. This BoA meeting always held once in 2 quarters.

Before we move to the meeting update, let us introduce the BoAs of LC UD… here they are…
Drh. Dwiyani L, M.Psi or we call her Oma Yani for a short
Agung K. Halim (entrepreneur)
Prof. Ir. Eko Budihardjo, M.Sc (ex head of
Cindy Bahtiar (entrepreneur or founder of Vina House)
Dr. AB Susanto, M.Sc (working in scholarship division of National Education Department)
Drs. M. Iqbal, M.M (1st Local Committee President of AIESEC LC UD)
Luthfi Zein (branch manager of Indosat Banjarnegara)
Okay, they are all the BoA of AIESEC LC UD. Unfortunately, not all the BoAs came to the BoA meeting due to their own activities. Although only Oma yani and Agung K. Halim came to this BoA meeting, the BoA meeting was going well and the executive board and manager still had high spirit and energy to undergo the BoA meeting!!!! Yeaaaahh they’re truly AIESECers!
So, what did they do in BoA meeting?
- Doing a recruitment promo
- Arranging a scoring system for selection
- Training to members by Induction buddies
- Held a Local Committee Conference on
- And many more
- Doing promo about AIESEC LC UD and press release about any activities in LC UD
- Reraise media partner, such as Trax FM
- Making a communication plan in any projects and activities of AIESEC LC UD
- And many more
- Held PBox environment, and on next December AIESEC LC UD is going to hold a PBOX ENTREVAGANZA A+… yeaaahhhh!!! It will be an awesome experience to join this PBox on
- Incoming 4 Exchange Participants. They are 1 Brazilian, 2 Chinese, and 1 Russian.
- Training to members about exchange program
- And many more
- Departing 5 Exchange Participants from
- Training to members about exchange program
- Held an Exchange Info Session to EP candidates’ parents
- Held a review board. Review board is an interview session to the EP candidates
- And many more
- Giving education about AIESEC projects and other departments
- Budgeting LC UD
- Iniciating some finance policies
- And many more
And the last but not least is….
6. External Relations Department:
- Joining networking events
- Joining talkshow from Smart FM Semarang
- Joining MarkPlus Forum from Hermawan Kertajaya at Graha Santika Hotel
- Held BoA meeting
- Reraise BoA meeting
- And many more
Now, let's move to the next session, that is updating inputs from BoA.
Well, this session gave an opportunity for the EB and manager of AIESEC LC UD to share anything about the development of LC UD with BoAs. And the result is, BoAs gave some advice to LC UD, such as:
- Involving narcotics issue in upcoming PBox HIV/AIDS
- Improving and maintaining the discipline of all AIESEC LC UD members.
Thank you Oma yani and Mr. Agung K. Halim, that will be very useful to us thanks for your kindness to AIESEC LC UD.
