Recruitment Promotion and AIESEC Day

Hey AIESEC!!

On August end, we already doing the promotion to new students in UNDIP tembalang with KK, that event was to spread out the information about AIESEC to 2009 students. That event was got big enthusiasm from the students and we’ve got more than one hundred students contact person!!

The following event is the aiesec info session, every day from 1^st until 11^th September we’ve got AIESEC info session, in Economy Faculty.

ing a AIESEC DAY!! It was held in Boulevard Law Faculty UNDIP Pleburan. We do the promotion, share about Aiesec and of course do some role dance!! It’s the top event of the roadshow during the promotion. Actually we have 10 days roadshow, to giving information for all the students and new students about AIESEC.

RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION

For the recruitment it self, we divide it into two parts, the first one is for 2008 students up, it was held in 12-13 September 2009, and the 2^nd one is for the 2009 students in November. We’ve got big responses from the students, we already interviewing more than 70 new member candidates, and 15 if them are elected. So, welcome to AIESEC!!!!

And we still working out to find the next 30 person who will join in the biggest youth organization in the world!!

And in October 2^nd 2009, we’re going to have HALAL BIHALAL AND WELCOMING PARTY!!!!

AIESEC UD PROMO N RECRUITMENT

Description : Is an annual event in AIESEC LC University of Diponegoro to get new member. For attract people and make them know about Recruitment held by AIESEC, we do the Promotion and have several activities such as “AIESEC Info Session” and also the biggest Activity which is called “AIESEC DAY” . These activities have same purpose that is to gives information for students of Diponegoro University.

Below are explanation about the Activities :

“AIESEC Info Session” _1^st until 11^th September

All the students of University Diponegoro who needs more information about AIESEC can get those information here. We open this Info Session in several faculty, and there is Booth Information in each Faculty. Aiesec Info Session opened at 1^st until 11^th September.

“AIESEC DAY” _7 ^th september 2009

Purpose of this activity is to give more information about AIESEC and every activity that AIESEC has. People who wants to know more about AIESEC can ask anything here, so that they more understand about AIESEC. It will be like “mini expo" AIESEC. There will be 4 Booth including What is AIESEC Booth, Exchange Booth, Project Booth, and Recruitment Booth. If you are interesting and wanna join AIESEC, you can register in Recruitment Booth. We provide form and you can submit it directly.

And the most interesting one, there will be Trainee from BRAZIL and CHINA. You can ask anything to them in Exchange Booth.

“AIESEC Selection”

AIESEC LC UD Open Recruitment for 2008 students and before of University Diponegoro from all faculty who want to be an AIESEC member. It starts from 15^th August until 10^th September.

The selection will be held in 12 ^th – 13^th September 2009.

The spirit of nationality, youth and independence day

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY

As we know that last Monday, August 17^th 2009 we’e celebrated Indonesia’s 64^th birthday. It have been 64 years, since our founding fathers decelerated the “Proklamasi”. And youth at that time giving so much contribution, because they believe that Indonesia’s freedom have to happened in August 17^th 1945. and without that effort to pushing our founding fathers, maybe we’ll celebrate our Independence Day not in August 17^th 2009.

It was held in TAMI house , our beloved VP ER, at August 17^th 2009. after opening , and mini ceremony, we’ve divided in to groups for the game. The EP’s and trainee also included to this traditional games. First we’ve MAKAN KRUPUK, or we can say eating krupuk. Krupuk is traditional chips, in that game the krupuk tighten with rope and the player have to eat that, the fastest one became the winner. The difficulty is, the krupuk always moving. Then, there were eggplant futsal, put the pencil into the bottle without hands, and skulling!!!. That was totally fun.But also burned The spirit of nationality.

In its 64, Indonesia still have so many homework to do. as youth people ,we’re have responsibility to take care of this country. Aiesec always underline the cultural understanding almost in every action. And hopefully those kind of spirit could be spread among another youth people. So we don’t have any longer problem about the differences

Global INTERNSHIP Program

What is AIESEC Global Internship Program?

Having 6 weeks DEVELOPMENT INTERNSHIP in the land of CHINA, INDIA, PHILIPPINES, MALAYSIA, TURKEY, UKRAINE, POLAND, RUSSIA in the issue of ENVIRONMENT, HIV/AIDS, CHILDREN, EDUCATION, CULTURE,WOMEN RIGHTS, SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, etc.

What are the Requirements?

1. max age 30 years old

2. can speak English

How can you do it?

3. You will have interview selection. If you pass the interviewautomatically you will be AIESEC member

4. We will do the induction (giving knowledge about AIESEC and aboutthe internship) & you will get Exchange Participant ID Number.

5. We will sign contract and find the suitable country for you

How much is the fee?

1. Application Form, selection and induction : Rp 375.000,00

2. Get EP ID & access to our system Rp. 1000.000

3. Match with the country Rp. 1.000.000

Total Rp. 2.375.000,00 + Flight ticket (depends on the country you chose)

FOR 2 MONTH INCREDIBLE DEVELOPMENT INTERNSHIP!!

What do we provide?

1. Logistical arrival (AIESEC Host country will pick you up when youarrive there)

2. Accomodation (You will live in Host Family or in appartment/ housewith other Exchange Participant from ALL OVER THE WORLD)

3. Food (depend on the project sometimes they only provide breakfast)
