PBoX stands for “Project Based on eXchange”. The concept derives from AIESEC experience, where members are involved in projects that concern in global issue as well as exchange program along their journey in AIESEC. PBoX integrates these two kinds of experiences for our members, and bring positive impact to the society.
In PBoX, the Exchange Participants from different countries also involved in the project, PBoX is conducted in an international setting, where young people share experience of their home countries, and learn about the local reality. PBoX also provides leadership and project management experience for the leaders and members of Organizing Committee.
in AIESEC UNDIP itself, we have 3 PBoX :
a. PBoX Entrevaganza A+
this PBoX is concern in global issue, which is entrepreneurship. We build awareness about ENTREPRENEURSHIP through this PBoX, give theoretical and practical learning, training for youth entrepreneur, and do some exhibition to show off our creativity. We are the PIONEER in Central Java, Indonesia.
This PBoX Entrevaganza A+ has been run for twice from 2008.
b. PBoX ROAR (Red ribbOn AleRt)
PBoX ROAR is a project held by AIESEC Indonesia Local Committee Universitas Diponegoro. It’s quite clear that this project intends to raise public awareness about HIV/AIDS and break the stigma to people living with HIV/AIDS. Furthermore, this project also aims to provoke proactive contribution in combating HIV from every constituent in society.
c. PBoX Children Education
This PBoX is new in AIESEC UNDIP. But now we will run a pre-project called "Mini Project Children-Education" before we run the PBoX Children Education in 2011. This project is concern in children and education. So, we aim to build awareness about children and education through this PBoX. Because children and education are the basic things that we must concern in to build a better future of our country and our world.
